Putting students first, not political agendas.
Dan Kelly and his wife are the proud parents of four Michigan State Graduates.
The education of Michigan State students has been the primary focus of Dan Kelly for his past eight years as MSU Trustee. Previously, he served as a Trustee for Oakland Community College for six years, and has a combined14 years of experience as a Trustee. This record of experience combined with his strong legal background, make Dan Kelly a true asset to MSU and the university's students.
Dan is a firm believer in setting politics aside in favor of making decisions that protect ALL students rights. Michigan State's campus should provide a unique opportunity for learning, engagement, debate, and acceptance for all students--Dan has worked hard to make sure this is a reality at MSU!
With more than 28 years of litigation experience on behalf of municipalities, school districts, and various corporate clients, Dan is frequently asked to speak on the topics of risk management and governmental liability. Dan is a true asset on the MSU Board and should be re-elected to continue to put students first at MSU.
