In case we have not met, my Name is Dan Kelly and I’m running for the Michigan State Board of Trustees.Let’s talk Facts.
- Who told the Wokest President in MSU’s history: “YOUR FIRED”; DAN KELLY DID!
- Who fought tuition increases and kept MSU the lowest of all Universities; DAN KELLY DID!
- Who has fought and continues to fight the Liberal Faculty and Unions that control the BOARD DEMOCRATS who refuse to put our MICHIGAN STUDENTS FIRST; DAN KELLY DID!

BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Trustees of Michigan State University recognizes and supports the fundamental right of its employees to form unions and bargain collectively. Trustee Byrum moved to approve the recommendation, with support from Trustee Scott.Trustee Kelly said that it makes no sense, and we are giving away our right to object to the collective bargaining process which that allows this university to efficiently and effectively negotiate on behalf of the administration. He said it disenfranchises employees of the university, noting that not all employees want to be unionized and this resolution significantly affects those employees who want to oppose the union, or at least have open discussions about what is good or bad about unionizing. Trustee Kelly said that for all those reasons, I’m voting No.
- Who ran in 2016 with our nominee Donald J. Trump and was our party’s highest vote getter, beating the Democratic Opponent by 120,000 votes; DAN KELLY DID!
- Who opposed ridiculous campus gun restrictions, the suppression of conservative speech and the wasteful spending of millions of dollars on useless DEI and Liberal WOKE programs that do nothing to educate our students; DAN KELLY DID!
- Who opposed MSU’s mandatory Covid Policies and fought for many students and parents, some in this room, to obtain the Covid Shot Exemption; DAN KELLY DID!
- Who worked alongside the NASSAR Survivors for over 6 months to organize a TRUE investigation of the Administration and Board Democrats that allowed it to happen; DAN KELLY DID!
- Who made a promise to all of you 8 years ago that if nominated, I would get elected, I would stay the 8 years, and I would fight for all of you and our Conservative Principles; DAN KELLY DID!
- Who worked as an active Republican for 40 years, attended this State Convention for 24 years, served as an unpaid elected Republican at the Local, Countywide and Statewide level for 22 years; DAN KELLY DID!
SO Yes, I have a record, and I’m damn proud of it!
I KEPT MY PROMISE and for 8 Years I stayed and fought for our Republican Principles.
But if we’re really going to change the Liberal’s WOKE Agenda and put the focus back on educating our own Michigan Students, we have to change a BOARD that is currently 7 Democrats and 1 Republican, ME.
WE HAVE TO ELECT REPUBLICANS!!I’m asking for your support. I do not support this, nor did I have any role in passing any special rule that would allow incumbents to have a "free pass." I want the delegates to decide our candidates.
